​REFERRAL FEE SCHEDULE

A referral fee of $500 will be paid for referring a client who signs a management contract for single family home.

Note: All referral fees will be paid when the property is leased to the first tenant, tenants have taken possession and all lease and management fees have been collected.

Per FREC guidelines, all referral fees will be paid to the referring broker. The above referenced fees are for long term management contracts only.
